Terms & Conditions

Service:

At zero additional cost: Our "White Glove" service includes delivering your rental appliances and other rental items on your specified date and installing it where you want it. This includes free extension cords when necessary. In addition, we will pick up your rental items on your specified pick up-date.

 

Guarantee:

If your fridge/freezer, AC, or any other rental item fails to operate properly, we will do our best to deliver a new one to your house as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we will refund your money. This guarantee extends to your entire rental period.


Rental Agreement:

The renter is responsible for any fines or tickets that incur as a result of our rental items. If necessary, please check with your development/HOA in advance to make sure you have proper clearance for your appliance rental.

Sukkah Damages:

The renter is not responsible to pay for any weather damage caused to the sukkah.

The renter is responsible for any damage caused by their negligence or misuse of the sukkah during the rental period. 

Yom Tov Rentals is not responsible to replace or rebuild your sukkah if any weather damage occurs.

 

Miscellaneous Damages:

The renter is liable for the full cost of repairs for any damages to the rental item(s), including appliances, machines, sukkah's and any other equipment provided, except for normal wear and tear.

 

Payment:

Our payment methods include Credit/Debit card. All payment will be online.

 

Cancellations and Refunds:

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to your rental date. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the credit or debit card used for the booking.
