How many 9x13 pans can I fit into a 17 cu ft Freezer?Approximately 85 to 100 pans.

How many 9x13 pans can I fit into an 18.3 cu ft top freezer bottom fridge?Approximately 35 in the freezer and 55 in fridge.

How many 9X13 pans can I fit into a 7 cu. ft. chest freezer?Approximately 25 to 30.

Do I need to use my own extension cord if necessary?No, we provide you with a free extension cord when needed.

What should I do if my freezer is making a beeping noise?Check to make sure the door closed properly, and nothing is blocking the seal.

What should I do if my rental item fails to operate?Reach out to us as soon as possible to and we will do our best to come replace it.

Is the delivery free of charge?Yes, we offer free drop-off, set-up and pick-up.

Are the Crock Pots used?No, the Crock Pots come new and Toiveled.

Do you offer an extension cord?Yes, the extension cord is included in the rental price.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept secure online payments only, including credit and debit cards.

What is your cancellation policy?To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to your rental date.

Is the glass plate in the microwave included in the price?No, you can purchase one at the time of your kashering for an extra $15. (It will come pre Toiveled)

How do I know if my rental house countertop is able to be koshered?Most rental house countertops are of the materials that can be koshered, if we get there and see otherwise, we will issue you a refund.

How long does the Kashering process take?Anywhere between 45 min and 1 hour.
